Rise Mind Therapy LLC
Therapy Intensives for those shaped by service, sacrifice, and survival
If you’re here, you may be feeling on edge, reactive, shut down, or exhausted.
You’ve learned how to function under pressure—and you’ve done it well—but over time, that constant adapting has left you feeling disconnected from yourself and from the people you care about most.
You might be wondering why things that never used to bother you suddenly feel heavy, or why your capacity feels so much smaller than it once did. That confusion and frustration makes sense. When stress, responsibility, trauma, and unresolved experiences accumulate over time, your nervous system eventually reaches its limit.
This isn’t a personal failure—it’s a system at capacity.
Therapy that prioritizes trauma processing helps lower that load, so everyday life no longer feels overwhelming. You don’t need to “think more positively,” push harder, or wait it out. You need a process that works with your nervous system—not against it—therapy that honors your body’s responses, and supports real, sustainable change.
Here, the goal isn’t to make you tougher—it’s to help you feel more like yourself again.
Helping first responders, military members, and Veterans reconnect with themselves after years of survival mode.
You deserve to be present in your life again, rather than just pushing through.
Helping Military and First Responder Spouses who are exhausted from holding everything together.
Reconnect with yourself again—so you can stop feeling drained and invisible.
Services

EMDR Therapy Intensives
EMDR intensives offer flexible, focused trauma therapy designed around your needs, capacity, and schedule—supporting deep healing without overwhelm. Half day, Full day, and multi-day packages are available.

Trauma Focused Individual Therapy
Trauma-focused therapy supports nervous-system healing through weekly or biweekly sessions. This paced, collaborative approach helps you feel safer, more present, and less driven by survival responses over time.

Healing for Attachment Wounds
Some of the ways you learned to survive or relate to others in childhood may now be getting in the way of feeling connected and at ease. EMDR Intensives focused on attachment wounds help process what’s been carried at the nervous-system level—so life can feel safer, steadier, and more present again.
About Reyna Keller
Hello!
Im Reyna, a licensed clinical social worker and qualified supervisor specializing in trauma therapy for adults. I help people who know how to function under pressure, even when their nervous system is exhausted. I am a military spouse and bring both clinical expertise and lived understanding of service-connected life. I’ve seen firsthand how many of the current programs and systems designed to support service-connected individuals are limited and often miss the complexity of chronic stress and trauma. That gap is what led me to design my services differently. If what I have to offer resonates with you, please reach out–I’d love to connect.
